By clicking submit on your subscription order form you:

GENERAL

  1. Instruct Australian MUSCLE CAR Magazine Premium to supply your contact information and order details on the membership form to nextmedia and/or the necessary publishing entity for the product to which you have subscribed;

  2. Agree that the membership plan offered through the musclecarmag.com.au/premium site is offered by the publisher and that any contract for the membership plan is between you and the publisher.

  3. Agree to receive email communications from Australian MUSCLE CAR Magazine/MyMagazines and its supplier partners with information on products and services in relation to your purchase. To access our Privacy Policy click here.

  4. Agree that Australian MUSCLE CAR Magazine/MyMagazines and its employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from or as a consequence of any act or omission by Australian MUSCLE CAR Magazine/MyMagazines or any person providing services through the musclecarmag.com.au/premium or www.mymagazines.com.au.   5. Agree that all offers made, contracts concluded and services provided through the musclecarmag.com.au/premium and www.mymagazines.com.au sites shall be deemed to be made and provided in Australia notwithstanding the location of you or the publisher or distributor of any magazine or any other person, shall be governed exclusively by Australian law, and the Courts of Australia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any such matters involving or alleged to involve Australian MUSCLE CAR Magazine or MyMagazines.

MEMBERSHIP PLANS

  1. You must choose your Membership Plan when you create your account.

  2. If you already have a Membership Plan you can change your plan by visiting musclecarmag.com.au/manage-account - see FAQs for more information.

  3. If you change your Membership Plan we will charge your chosen Payment Method for the updated plan rate at the commencement of your next billing cycle.

PAYMENT

  1. All payments and prices displayed are in Australian Dollars and will be charged to your selected Payment Method in Australian Dollars.

  2. By registering your account and providing us with the details of your Payment Method, you authorise us to charge the Membership Plan fee to that Payment Method for your chosen plan.

  3. The Membership Plan fee will be charged to your Payment Method in advance of each monthly membership period unless you have chosen the annual plan, in which case it will be charged in advance of each annual membership period.

  4. At the end of each membership period we will automatically renew your membership and charge the Membership Plan fee to your chosen Payment Method unless you cancel your account prior to the renewal date.

USAGE AND YOUR ACCOUNT

  1. The Australian MUSCLE CAR Magazine Premium service and content that you view via the Australian MUSCLE CAR Magazine Premium site are for your personal and non-commercial use only.

  2. You must not download and/or share any content without the express permission of nextmedia.

SUSPENSION AND CANCELLATION

  1. You may cancel your Membership Plan at any time by visiting musclecarmag.com.au/manage-account and clicking “Cancel my membership”. Your access and membership will expire at the end of your current billing period and your Payment Method will not receive any further charges - see FAQs for more information.

  2. Pro-rata refunds will not be provided for unused portions of monthly membership plans.
