The first Sydney Hillclimb will take place on the Saturday night of the Sydney Masterblast event, running on a section of the Brabham Circuit that incorporates six corners. It starts at the exit of Turn 4 and finishes just over the rise at the highest part of the track, at Turn 10.

Entry fee is $150, which includes four Saturday admission tickets to the Sydney Masterblast (valued at $25 each).

Like most Motorsport Australia speed events, competitors are required to have fire extinguishers fitted to vehicles, and drivers must have an MA speed event licence (no test required) and approved standard helmet.

The entry cutoff is midnight on Wednesday, September 6, or when entries reach the maximum of 45 – whichever comes first.

Check in for the event opens at 5pm; competition starts at 6pm and the hillclimb runs through the night until 1030pm.
